We are offering a unique opportunity to acquire limited edition prints by well known Upstate New York artist Susan Koval. High quality artwork, reproduced with archival ink on fine art paper,  suitable for framing.

Susan is a self-taught artist and has been drawing practically all of her life. She mainly works in pen & ink, occasionally adding watercolor or pencil shading. We are offering high resolution digital reproductions of her original work.
Susan is currently is an artisan at the Sterling Renaissance Festival, Sterling New York during the months of July and August.
Her passion has always been drawing people. Since joining the Sterling Faire she has redirected her interests toward reflections of fantasies, myths, and folklore. Many of her pictures have stories behind them. See the individual listings for the background associated with them.

Pirate Invasion Weekend July 25th & 26th

Yaar! Those pirates are back again and are set to invade the 39th Annual Sterling Renaissance Festival’s 2015
season on a special piratical weekend, Pirates are invading the Shire with swashbuckling adventure, comedy, and song.
Join our Pirate Costume Competition for kids and adults;
raise a glass of grog in the Snickleway pubs Tavern’s Pirate Revel.
Pirate bands will rove, shanties will be sung, and very little honest work shall be done.
Have a care; lest you be captured for ransom or pressed into service on a pirate cruise.
Don’t be lured into the wanton path of wild abandon, drink, and song,
and hang on to your mate lest they be sold at a pirate auction.
So you say you are a pirate? Well then, have a merry time!

Highland Fling Weekend August 1st & 2nd

Thrill to the lilt of highland bagpipes in the hills!
Wear your kilt and celebrate the mighty Scotts with us at the 39th Annual Sterling Renaissance Festival’s
2015 season on a special Highland Fling, August 1 & 2.
Hear Scottish pipe bands play on stages and in the lanes; see highland dancing;
and watch our Scottish athletes compete in a Caber Toss and Stone Put competition and demonstration.
Share the music of the Highlands at pub sing, and hear Celtic jams on stages and
in the lanes that are sure to put a wind up your kilt.

Fantasy, Fairies & the Future Weekend August 8th & 9th

Follow your Fantasy to the 39th Annual Sterling Renaissance Festival’s 2015 season,
as they present a special event as part of their seven weekends of merriment.
Fantasy weekend takes place on August 8 & 9.
Come celebrate all things Fantastical as the town of Warwick pays tribute to myth, legend, and dreams of the future.
Sprites and Fairies, Barbarians, mythic creatures, and travelers from other times and other worlds
are welcome to traverse the shire in a celebration of myth and science.
So pull out those outfits that you wouldn’t dare wear anywhere else.
Join our Adult Costume Exhibition, where adult fantasy travelers are invited to exhibit their favorite fashions
for fun and prizes, or just enjoy being someone else for a while.

Grand Finale Weekend August 15th & 16th

While it’s true that all good things must come to an end, all of us at the Festival look at our Grande Finale
as a special time for you to experience all the richness, pageantry,
and fun that can only be found at the Sterling Renaissance Festival.
The mood will certainly be celebratory, as the villagers from 1585 will be relishing (and reveling!)
all the wonderful memories of an exceptional season while looking forward to 2016!
This is the weekend which promises to be one filled with exceptional fun,
unbridled hilarity and merriment as it is the last chance for a whole year to enjoy
a repast of many unique and varied Festival foods, gather fine hand-crafted wares from many skilled Artisans
